This month,
we've released the first version of our "teams"
feature. This allows your users to belong to one or many
teams.
Again, these enhancements are based directly on your feedback,
so keep it coming!
How
does this work?
You can
create and edit teams directly from the AhoyToday page.
Once you have created a team, as an administrator you'll
have the option to assign users to the selected team.
This means you can more easily manage your internal sales
team, or external sales agencies and affiliates. SalesAhoy
users can see their own records and the records of others
in their team if you allow them to.
Tip
for solo sailors - For those users who are true
solo sailors and will never need to see another users records,
you can create their own team with a single member, or not
associate them to a team at all.
Step one:
Go to "manage teams" from the AhoyToday! page,
select "Manage Teams" and enter your new team
name...
Once created,
you'll see the confirmation page

Step two:
Go back to AhoyToday! and select "Manage Users".
From here, just tick the team you'd like them to join...

The last
step is a final confirmation screen. Note: The changes will
occur the next time your user logs in...
