This month
we're pleased to deliver on a number of important new features
we've been working on.
Again,
these enhancements are based directly on your feedback,
so keep it coming!
Rebranding
It's now
possible to completely re-brand your SalesAhoy application
- including use of your own company logo, custom sign-in
page, customised terminology, naming rights for the application,
and even the URL that you use to access the system.
There's
a once off set up fee of US$199.00, for the establishment,
but no additional costs after that.

Help Desk
Support
We've implemented
a new support help desk, which will progressively offer
a complete knowledge base and support resolution. You will
be able to go through existing knowledgebase articles, troubleshoot
your problems or even submit a ticket in case you have any
problems or specific questions.
We really
wanted to have a support desk where you and other SalesAhoy
clients can actively help each other. Over the next few
weeks we'll start to populate this area to be a useful resource
for you.

Large Data
Set
A number
of our customers have large data sets - usually this means
tens of thousands of organizations or contacts. Previously
this slowed down the time taken to draw some of the "find"
screens. Now we've created a quick pop up window that allows
you to first find the contact or organization when searching
- improving the response time enormously. This speedy search
for large data sets is automatically switched on once the
size of your data impacts your performance.

Team Management
Now when
you look at your 'Manage Teams' area you'll see a simple
overview of your users with the teams they are assigned
to clearly identified. You'll also see if you have given
any users 'private member' access to a team. Remember 'private
members' can see all the records of a team, while keeping
their own records private.
Activity
Report Filtering
On the
AhoyToday front page, you will see the activities displayed
are now filtered by status - for those clients that have
an Activity Status field. Only activities that have a status
of not closed will display -allowing you to see a list of
open and planned activities.
