Ahoy there! We're really pleased to announce
some new functionality. As you know, here at SalesAhoy we
often like to release new improvements as they're done.
We also pre-released a couple of other great features in
the lead up to this version that you may not have looked
at yet. These enhancements are all due to your feedback
-so keep it coming!
A
library for all your documents
You can now attach documents to SalesAhoy records or Communications
from the new SalesAhoy Document Library. Using the same
'Attach a document' function you now have the option to
either upload a document from your computer or re-use one
that your SalesAhoy Administrator has added to your Document
Library. Administrators can control the document library
from their AhoyToday page, or just add and documents to
the Document Library while uploading.
Updating
your records all at once
Want to edit or delete more than one record at a time? SalesAhoy
administrators can now use the new 'Update all these at
once' feature (at the bottom of any Find screen) to perform
mass-update or delete operations.
New
Communication Enhancement
Sending mass email is now smooth sailing with our enhanced
Communicate functionality. You can now send to groups of
more than 200 contacts - just click to send each batch of
email messages.
New
Export Feature
Want to export your data to update another system, for a
mail merge or to include in an offline backup process? SalesAhoy
administrators can now export data quickly and easily using
the 'Export Data' function in the 'Below Deck' administration
section of the AhoyToday Page.
We're committed to keep improving and learning and we really
value your feedback and suggestions. You already know we're
not in a features race with other more complicated CRM systems
and we will continue to try to keep SalesAhoy simple, clean
and easy to work in.
