This month, we've released the first version of our "communicate" feature. This allows you to send plain text or html email from inside SalesAhoy to your selected contacts.

Again, these enhancements are based directly on your feedback, so keep it coming!

How does this work?

You can create and send bulk email for targeted ongoing communication with customers and prospects.

SalesAhoy will also automatically create an Activity record of the communication to every contact record you selected, so you'll have a record of the communication.

Step one: Create the list of contacts you want using "FIND"

Step two: Select "communicate with these contacts"

Step three: Choose plain text or HTML and type in your subject line & message

If you want use the HTML option, you'll need to paste in the code. This is a neat way to include your company logo or pictures

Step four: See the preview and select email as the type to record the communicate against all your selected contacts

Step five: You'll then see a confirmation screen
